In his new role, Amit will lead client services and strategic account growth across FECUND’s insurance portfolio. In addition to strengthening long-term client partnerships and expanding enterprise relationships, he will be actively driving the expansion of FECUND’s Guidewire Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing Practice.
Recognizing the growing demand for high-quality, risk-driven testing across Guidewire implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations, Amit has already initiated the formation of a stronger and more specialized Guidewire QA team in the initial stages of his tenure. This includes certified professionals across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, with a clear roadmap to scale a dedicated QA capability focused on regression governance, automation acceleration, production stabilization, and upgrade assurance.
His vision is to position FECUND not only as a Guidewire implementation partner but also as a trusted Guidewire Testing Specialist, delivering structured QA governance, reduced defect leakage, faster release cycles, and measurable quality outcomes for P&C insurers.
Amit has built a reputation for consistently expanding client accounts and growing revenue across Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure at Dell, he was recognized as a top performer and inducted into the Dell President’s Club twice, a distinction awarded for exceptional performance and business growth across enterprise clients. His career spans leadership roles at Wipro, Dell, Smart IMS, and OpenTeQ, where he managed complex global engagements and high-impact technology programs.
He has also played a key role in scaling niche and ultra-niche staffing and consulting models, supporting global system integrators, technology partners, and insurance clients. Amit’s domain expertise includes Guidewire P&C Insurance platforms, InsurTech, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP, and digital services.
