Base Location: Jacksonville, FL USA
Job purpose: Business Analysis including Analysis & Study of Business Requirements, Technical & Functional Specifications
Minimum years of experience: 5-8 Yrs
Specific Experience:
- Must have sound domain knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance (Personal Lines preferred)
- Business Analysis including Analysis & Study of Business Requirements, Technical & Functional Specifications
- Understanding of Data/Interface/Process Design and impact analysis
- Client Interaction for specific issues, queries and escalations
- Exposure to Policy Administration System (OneShield preferred)
- Exposure to Insurance domain in USA
- Sound practices in documentation, issue tracking and change requests
- Candidate should have Excellent Communication skills
Basic Education Qualification: B.E/M.E/MCA/similar qualification and relevant experience
Preferred Qualification/ Certification: AINS Certification preferred
Key responsibilities and accountability:
- Understanding & analyzing the Customer requirement
- Documentation of requirements, walk-through & sign-off
- Client Interaction for query resolution
- Requirement gathering for creating Business Rules, UI Specs, presenting demos to stakeholders
- Coordination with cross functional team for Timely & Quality deliverable’s
